Currently oversee the production routine, training, and development of the FSSC Customer Support team.• Created and implemented the Customer Support Guides to outline protocol and policies • Managed the integration of 3 companies to Nationwide Procure to Pay team: Harleysville (2012/13) , Crestbrook and Veterinary Pet Insurance (2013/14). Was responsible for training and onboarding for all associates to the Accounts Payable Invoice processing, Eprocurement and Travel processes.• Developed, managed and maintained training and communication for the 2014 9.2 Upgrade from PS EFIN and ERP to NWFIN.• Manage and reconcile the Epayables account with Accounts Payable system for vendor payments.• Developed and created a SPOT site for the Customer Service team to use for communication and updates within the team.• Serve as a liaison between department teams (Purchasing, IT, SMS, Travel, Accounting…) and CSS to manage the impact of updates/incidents, as well as, support the initiation of any new process/product/policy change to alleviate the impact • Proficient with accessing data from PeopleSoft EFIN (which includes AP invoicing and Epro orders) and ERP, FileNet, American Express at Work, Enterprise Finance Portal, and the BCR (Budget Comparison Reporting) to resolve customer budget inquiries.• Order all IDs for new associates to the FSSC P2P team, in addition to, maintaining the correct ID access for each team member to make research and resolution more efficient and accurate.• Responsible for fielding questions by phone and email regarding Travel expensing/Concur, American Express/Visa, accounts payable invoicing, Billing, and Purchasing.• Monitor, manage, and update Corporate Visa Credit card accounts, with regards to reinstating suspended accounts and increasing spending limits through the Works system.• Assist to process and guide payments through the AP Works epayment
