As Talent Acquisition Specialist, I support the Operational Service Delivery section of the business with all their resourcing needs. Providing expertise in regards attraction methods and designing and delivering selection events.I have recently been involved in a major recruitment campaign to bring in new leakage inspectors into the business.

Kelda Group is the parent company of Yorkshire Water, Kelda Water Servcies and Loop and has around 3,000 employeesAs Resourcing Assistant, I provide resourcing expertise to the business and support recruitment and selection activity across the Kelda Group. My main focus at present is recruitment activity within Loop, the customer contact and billing centre that operates on behalf of Yorkshire Water.

Kelda Water Services (KWS) operates water and waste water contracts across the UK. As HR Support Adviser for KWS, I provide HR support to the business with particular focus in regards recruitment and selection and internal communications.
