Having worked in, and led agencies in the creative sector (specifically live events, communications and engagement) for over 20 years, I am well versed in the commercial and people pressures of working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and high pressure environment. I bring my personal experience of leading a business and helping teams thrive in these environments to my coaching. My passion is in working with leaders and emerging leaders across a range of sectors, supporting them in the development of talent management strategies, development and facilitation of workshops and training programmes, group and one-to-one coaching. I help managers and leaders grow, create positive working environments and build happy, high performing teams where deep collaboration, trust and healthy challenge thrive.I also work with individuals and teams to help them achieve their goals, supporting them to:- Make changes in their life, business or career- Improve performance- Develop specific skills, such as resilience, communication, confidence, empathy and self awareness- Manage conflict and enhance their relationships with others- Connect with their values, vision and leadership style

VCTalentLab is on a mission to put leadership development at the heart of the VC ecosystem. As a coach and practitioner, I work with venture backed founders and their leadership teams to help them scale their leadership, team and culture as they scale their businesses.

During my time at Powwow I held a variety of director-level roles, including Operations Director and Head of People and Product. Highlights included:- Jointly led the evolution of the business from a logistics/venue search agency to a full service agency - Developed the agency strategy and promoted the agency's (client-centric) culture, purpose, vision and values, and strategic objectives (internally and externally)- Ensured significant business growth through the development of key client relationships- Led HR and Talent Development - full employee lifecycle with a focus on performance management- Designed and delivered the People strategy, including learning and development programmes (outsourced and in-house).
