My name is Katy Bunch, and I am a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. I earned my masters degree in communication sciences and disorders from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2019. I have been honored to serve the pediatric population for two years, and have developed my interests in the following areas: early language intervention, pediatric feeding and swallowing, and parent coaching. I believe the key to success is early intervention, and I strive to provide my families with the highest-quality of care through highly individualized treatment plans and a hands on treatment model. My work with the Louisiana Early Steps program has provided me with opportunities for direct care and caregiver involvement with a wide-variety of diagnoses. It is my treatment philosophy that in order for a patient to succeed in early intervention, the family or caregiver must be fully equipped with at-home strategies to encourage progress outside of treatment sessions.
