The Volunteer Princess is a private family owned yacht. They organize and run private dinners, such a wedding rehearsals and birthday parties as well as public cruises where individuals can sign up for dinner and a cruise down Knoxville's river. I help maintain the boat, keep the customers happy and help the process run smoothy. That can include docking the boat, setting up, serving food and drink, and cleaning up.
