During my 22 years here, the practice expanded to 2 locations, 14 doctors, and 100 employees. In order to provide exceptional care of patients and clients, I have always prioritized open communication and collaboration as well as education and adaptation to new policies, technologies, and services.Through my most recent position as Practices Supervisor, I had the opportunity to engage in my passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals. I effectively oversaw and optimized the performance of multiple departments, resulting in a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. By fostering a culture of collaboration and enjoyment, I was able to maintain high levels of engagement among team members while simultaneously ensuring the financial success of the hospital.

In my previous position as a Client Care Supervisor, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the client's journey throughout outpatient appointments. This experience enabled me to effectively coach and guide the Client Care Assistant and Veterinary Assistant teams in delivering an exceptional experience for both the patient and client.

My experience as a Veterinary Assistant Team Leader provided me with an initial introduction to coaching. Through this role, I gained valuable knowledge in delivering constructive feedback, effective communication, and facilitating comprehensive training programs.

My position as a Veterinary Assistant enabled me to pursue my passion for animal care while also emphasizing the importance of client education. This aspect of the role required me to remain informed of current best practices and effectively communicate these recommendations to clients with professionalism and accuracy.

I am grateful for the experience I gained while working as a Client Care Assistant. While I received valuable training in providing exceptional customer service, it became clear to me that true excellence in customer service requires compassion. It was through empathizing with the clients' needs and concerns that I was able to provide a truly exceptional level of care.
