This includes a review of the capital structures and investment returns of trading entities wholly owned by the States of Guernsey with recommendations presented to the Treasury and Resources Board and supporting a major charity to review its approach to external stakeholder management.• Benefits realisation – supporting clients to identify and quantify benefits to be realised through transformation programmes. Includes working with clinical teams to develop patient benefits cases for NHS mergers and undertaking benchmarking to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.• Programme management – designing and implementing appropriate programme management arrangements for complex, multi-partner programmes.
