Leading the development and execution of complex fieldwork operations trailing seagrass planting methodologies to influence UK wide restoration in collaboration with Project Seagrass. Working collaboratively with previous and incoming role holders to ensure a smooth transition for the project. - Supporting the Solents first Seagrass Symposium, bringing together local projects to enable collaboration and positive action for seagrass science locally. -Developing and carrying out seagrass transplanting trials, including gaining licensing, in water shoot collections and subtidal (SCUBA) and intertidal planting across the three trail sites for Seagrass Ocean Rescue.- Leading and executing seed collection operations with HSE scientific dive team- Working collaboratively with incoming lead to deploy planting methodology 5 and carry out the first round of monitoring across all sites.
