I also provide clinical supervision to staff and students and act as a mentor for student nurses.This team is integrated within the IAPT. The client base was Individuals aged 16 and above presenting with mild to moderate mental health problems including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, perinatal depression and anxiety, long term conditions, family difficulties, bereavements. Therapies offered within a stepped care model including CBT, counselling, high intensity therapy, group work, family therapy, support work interventions, social work interventions.
