About Katy Harth

As a Program Manager, I drive projects and manage timelines from beginning to end. Specifically, my programs center on improving employee morale, engagement and satisfaction amidst the complexity of working on global, distributed, hybrid teams. People ask me all the time why I would willingly wade into the "messy middle" that is creating community in a hybrid workplace. Ultimately, I'm a people person who wants to make work work better for everyone, and I believe hybrid is one way of seeing that dream realized. I want to network with other People professionals who want to transform the ways we work to be more human. I am interested in driving projects to improve communication, un-suck meetings, challenging the 'normal' ways we work, and reimagining ways to improve the employee experience...beyond kudos boards and a lunch stipend. When I'm not making work work better for my colleagues, you can find me making delicious food in the kitchen, riding my bike, or exploring the world with my partner, Keenan, and our beautiful Basenji, Olive.

Listed skills include Event Planning, Public Speaking, Customer Service, Facilities Operations, and 12 others.
