I have a knowledge of milk processing and the safety, legal, HSE and quality standards required.I would ensure that all milk & cream are processed to the legal & company specifications, to the correct volumes as per the production requirements.I would also ensure all processing plant is CIP to the required standard & within agreed time scales as per the process work instructions.It is also a requirement to be sure that the correct rotation of raw milk stocks is carried out & the correct raw milk grade is processed.I would manage the processing of milk and cream.And maintain all paperwork correctly aa well as keep the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping.It is imperative to keep your working environment safe, clean and tidy and adhere to hygiene standards, procedures and the as clean as you go policy.I have a good standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills and experience in a food environment.
