I support the various sales teams at Tipalti working on the sales enablement team as an Instructional Designer, eLearning developer, video producer/editor, graphic designer, and LMS administrator. This role demands a very fast turnaround of training materials and resources while upholding quality standards to meet the needs of our company's rapid growth. As the only Senior Instructional Designer in the Learning and Development Team, my key talents are centered around designing and developing content to support the continuing education of our accountants. My job function focuses on supporting our staff by providing a NASBA-approved eLearning library of courses while complying with adult learning theory. I also support non-accountant staff by designing creative, fun eLearning courses running the gamut of subjects including Internet Security, administering internal systems, coaching and feedback, and business development.

Responsible for:Advanced ability to begin a project at the storyboarding/conceptual stage and present a complete, professional learning package. Performing needs analysis and evaluating existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of learning objectives and audience. Researching and implementing a Learning Management System that would be a right fit for the company. Building the curriculum for the Sales organization from the ground up.
