Injection Molds development

1: Provide onsite support at manufacturing sites during development and product production ramp, and drive engineering issues to resolution.2: Lead a truly cross-functional project team with representatives from all relevant departments.3: Follow up the new project testing and evaluation, prepare the test plan, conduct the testing, failed cause analysis and test issue follow up, testing report preparation etc.4: Specify and align test protocols with team, conduct product evaluation, and control plans to meet quality targets for mass production.5: Creation of component and BoM specifications on documentation system per business requirement.6: Support innovation investigation process and follow up samples preparation and tool building.7: Participate key development production milestones and support during quality trouble shooting.8: Create/Develop basic specifications for products w/o R&D support from Business Units.

1. Assist PM to manage foreign injection molding customer business needs.2. Direct mold with simply structure developing and building works.3. Review customer tooling standards and make it clear to internal team to keep mold and part quality meet customer expectations.4. Quote for mold EC and sample injection to maintain good business relationship with customer.5. Work as a sales person to develop new customer to expand company business scope.
