KM Solutions Inc was founded in 2004 with the sole purpose of educational training and business services for software and hardware management.As a multi-purpose corporation, we have the ability of creating DBAs in many industries.In 2005 KM Solutions Inc became a Microsoft partner giving access to learning everything that Microsoft had to offer. This was the starting point that made it possible for me to really understand and appreciate the technology industry that my father had been in for many years. Even though time were rough for a while, those times kept me humble so I would know why I set my sights on working with the very small businesses and technology challenged peoples. Those two categories are very under serviced and most of the time fall through the cracks being oversold on products that they don't need and can't afford. KM Solutions Inc specializes in working with the service industry, providing solutions to the restaurant, salon, health care, or any type of mom and pop businesses. Also we pride ourselves in working with the elderly that do not understand the technology language to make accurate choices of purchases or repairs. In 2015, I graduated Magna Cumme Laude from Life University with a degree in Computer Information Management. While in my degree studies, in 2014 I received a certification as a CIW Web Development Associate. I am also a Microsoft Office, Cloud and Small Business Specialist. My love for working with small businesses came from being a salon professional. I graduated from the very first Paul Michael Academy of Cosmetology, Seattle, Washington, in 1992 as a Nail Technician, Makeup Artist, and Esthetician. I have received many awards over the years in competitions for Artificial Nail Sculptures and Fantasy Nail Art and in 1998 I became a CND (Creative Nail Design) Master Sculptor. I am also a certified Chemical Peeling and Epidermal Resurfacing specialist. Certifications include Laser treatments, Acid Compounding, and Microdermabrasion.
