-Works closely under a Behavior Analyst Supervisor by designing and developing programs to address skill acquisition targets for clients based on various functional skills assessments, including the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Vineland. -Positively and effectively communicates and collaborates with all team members and professionals, assuring open lines of communication and problem solving.-Responsible for supervising, observing and training over 25 behavior technicians on treatment and behavior plan implementation to ensure fidelity.

-Provides structured one-on-one instruction with children with Autism in their home, clinic and/or community settings.-Creates a fun and supportive learning environment while implementing behavior analytic programs and behavior interventions as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor.-Promotes the development of functional communication skills (I.e., speaking and using assistive communication devices) and support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines).-Collects and analyzes data on an ongoing basis.

-Provided training and resource support to the Community Support Specialists' and Support Staff in areas including, teaching techniques and materials used.-Reviewed all applicable reporting and recordings completed by staff to ensure that problems or concerns are addressed promptly. -Responsible for the overall coordination and operation of six assigned Community living sites.

-Cared directly for adult clients with Autism and other developmental disabilities by ensuring that goals and objectives in the ISP (Individual Support Plan) are completed.-Provided clients with the freedom to shape their own lifestyle and make decisions about their homes, friends and how they spend their own time.
