Front of House Receptionist for a commercial tenanted building for up to 2500 employees

This was a busy Receptionist role for a high-end Spa within The Four Seasons Hotel chain. responsibilities included meeting and greeting guests, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times, helping to run the Spa team day-to-day, hosting morning meetings, delivering reports and handling all guest bookings and queries either in person, via email or over the phone.
