Receptionist
Current- Answer all reception incoming calls, providing first class customer service at all times- Meet and greet all visitors to our office and customer lounges- Help ensure we provide full coverage of our reception desk during operating hours by co-ordinating effectively with other reception cover- Provide executive support including phone screening/call management as required- Maintain and order general office and stationery supplies, keeping supplies at levels necessary for efficient running of the office- Help ensure the meeting rooms, kitchen and general office are kept clean and tidy- Booking and management of any corporate travel- Manage admin shared inboxes, ensure any queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently- Help provide general administrative support to the wider business as/if required
