I am a doer that prefers BUSY, to BORED, and find great satisfaction in getting things done in an orderly fashion and efficient pace. I like a challenge, am almost impossible to offend, and have great confidence in in my written, verbal, and social skills. I have become a "Queen of Culture" and love creating a welcoming, fun, and positive work environment. Employee recognition, activities and engagement are my biggest strengths, and where I find the most joy. If we all have to work, shouldn't it be fun??Working as a server for years, and more recently as an Office Manager, HR Rep, and People Experience Manager for the last 5, has only increased my time management and organizational skills. As an HR Rep I owned everything from recruitment and onboarding, to benefit, policy and discipline implementation. I am who others come to for pulling data, communication issues, scheduling, and to figure things out. I love creating a positive, inviting work space, and going above and beyond what is expected both from my employers, and for my customers.
