GRG Partners started in a leafy Chicago suburb when Katy Richter and Heather Guillen met in high school. But it also started when Gay Guthrey moved to Chicago to represent some of the biggest names in advertising production. But it also started in a small office in downtown Chicago, where Gay Guthrey hired Heather to keep her up to date on cool slang words and computers. But it also started when the three women realized that they had enough varied experience and taste to come together as one team. And so it was in 2023 that GRG Partners really started, combining the brains and senses of humor of three women who all like each other the most and who have their dream jobs and who have really strong opinions that they love to share as they represent the best talent in the business
