Working as a Senior Enrolment Officer, supporting the Director of Training and managing the wider administration team. My core responsibilities were:- Diary Management - General Office Management - Assisting with the recruitment and training process- Data Entry on CRM systems and generating reports - Managing confidential information (electronically and paper based files)- Liaising with external stakeholders - Creating agendas and minute taking- Training junior staff - Taking and directing phone calls - Message taking- Managing petty cash This was an integral role within the organisation and carried a lot of responsibility. I ensured communication and operations from recruitment to training ran smoothly and supported the Director daily.
