Katy is an ambitious, customer-focused brand innovator with extensive experience in developing and managing national programmes. Based in London, Katy is currently responsible for growing the game at the English Cricket Board through several national programmes including All Stars Cricket. Prior to joining the ECB, Katy held numerous roles at England Netball which included leading the initial development of Back to Netball.
