I am an educator-turned-product designer who is passionate about user research as a means to achieve user-centered design.Through the earning of two degrees in language teaching, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and skills regarding research methods. In my career, I’ve conducted dozens of research initiatives by using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods to define student needs and best practices for practitioners. I’ve also had numerous opportunities to expand my design skills through curriculum and content creation. My current role is being a product manager and designer, operations manager, instructor, occasional greeting card maker and basically a little bit of everything at Langscapes English.
