I’m now taking on a new CEO role. Here are my responsibilities of this new role.First, I’m going to deeply focus on my family. When we started Stage 1 our oldest was 9 months old and now we have 4 kids aged 11, 9, 6 and 6. These next 15 years are formidable years for these children and it’s important to us that I’m much much more available to our babies. Second, I have a crop of aging relatives with a whole host of medical concerns, and being an degreed RN with years of clinical experience, I have officially become the person you call with medical question’s for our extended family. Third, it’s important for the longevity of me and my husband to ensure we are mentally, physically and spiritually in the best possible position to take on the next 50 years of our lives. Lastly, it’s time I gave back to my community. We are so blessed with all we have and it’s time to do more for others. I’m excited to say that I have taken on the role of communications chair for the Frisco, Texas Garden Club!

• Owner of global strategy for the AVEA Ventilator platform to both internal and external customers, • Led the marketing team in defining new avenues for awareness campaigns and promotional activities designed to publicize CareFusion technology; such as, iPad applications with a focus to educate and enhance customer experience, webinars delivered by key thought leaders and web-enabled direct mailings driving customers directly to newly created CareFusion web pages. • Re-energized a ten year old through the redefinition of key clinical features through clinical trials, publications and marketing/sales campaigns resulting in a 222% increase in corresponding product consumables.• Proposed, obtained approval and developed the rollout strategy for a visual product refresh of a10 year old platform. • Managed the Respiratory Technologies largest FDA class 1 recall globally and maintained greater than 95%.of customer during the process. • Created and executed sales promotions for CareFusion Global Customer Service team to support strategies to decrease the financial impact of excess stock post FDA class 1 recall. • Voted Marketer of the year by the sales team for fiscal year 2012.

• Led the nation in developing a market for the new range of iVent products.• Responsible for sales and clinical training on the Engstrom ventilation system in Southern England, including the continued sales and support to existing customers as well as developing a new customer base. • Managed the full sales and implementation process which included initial identification sales opportunity, running customer trials, completing all competitive bid documentation, and final implementation of equipment.• Worked with various customers in the sales and implementation process including doctors, nurses, engineers, and hospital administration (i.e. procurement).
