Reporting to the Global CFO and a member of the Finance Leadership Team I lead transformation, controls and supply chain finance I lead global transformation programmes at Costa including ERP implementations in the UK, Europe and China, Master Data Management systems and operating model, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and business process optimisation. Costa is part The Coca Cola Company and operates in a SOx regulated environment. I lead our global internal controls team which includes SOx audits, ESG reporting, Risk and Control Matrix and Delegation of Authority compliance, loss prevention and store audits. The Supply Chain Finance team partner our global end to end supply chain team across procurement, production in our Roastery and supply planning for our UK&I and global teams. I also partner with the Coca-Cola finance operations teams that support Costa across controlling, RtR, P2P, credit control and billing.

Part of The Coca Cola Company Responsible for leading the Costa global finance transformation programme across people, process and technology and the operations of the Shared Services Finance and Master Data Management Operations teams.

Part of the London Business Risk and Controls team working across the government and FTSE100 sectors. Provided a range of audit and financial advisory services to clients across industries. Working with clients to help them understand and improve their internal controls, governance frameworks, financial management, reporting and forecasting and management of risk. Significant experience of undertaking commercial assurance and contract management reviews of private and public sector organisations. Experienced in financial due diligence, M&A and cost based transformations. Also completed two secondments to clients in finance and leadership roles and experienced in working with senior Executives in Board level positions. Prior to joining PwC I spent time working at the House of Commons and Home Office in a number of HR and project roles.

Managed, and then led as engagement leader, internal audit, external audit and risk assurance engagements with clients across the public and private sectors.

Joined PwC on the graduate trainee scheme and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2005.
