As a Junior Architect at Fontan Architecture, I focus on various aspects of the design and construction process. My responsibilities include creating construction documents, developing innovative designs, and filing necessary paperwork with the DOB, LPC, and Building Management. I conduct site visits to ensure project progress and compliance with building codes while actively engaging with clients and vendors. I also assist in facade inspections and prepare FISP reports for Local Law 11 reports. Additionally, I analyze zoning regulations and assist with rezoning applications to help achieve project objectives. This hands-on experience allows me to build a diverse skill set in a dynamic architectural environment.
