Input electronically all case notes into ETO software and attendance reports into Excel. Utilize Colorado Benefits Management System to obtain confidential client information, research needs and government requirements of clients, input client information, and other relevant duties to do with the State of Colorado Social Services requirements. Write and administer activities and assessments in the areas of proper cultural behaviors in the workplace in a classroom setting, seeking appropriate work, interviewing skill development, problem solving skills, and other job readiness details. Assist refugees in the job application process, practicing informal interviews, and other duties as assigned.
