PMO was organized in order to create leadership community within Company and promote management culture and practices across all projects within organization as well as introduce project management processes on company level.As PMO Committee member I was responsible for defining yearly goals for PMO (based on Company goals), execution of one of the goals and tracking progress/advising on other's goals. In addition to that II was responsible for creation of Leadership community within Company with goal to integrate people working in project management/team leadership areas which each other and create platform for them to grow, share experience and improve leadership skills.

Introduced and orginized management trainings within organization to support career path of senior technical specialists as well as maintain and develop professional growth of team leads and project managers. This included:- Organization of modules structured Leadership and Management Trainings, implementation of it- Leadership and management coaching of team leads and project managers on individual basics- Running several modules as trainer

Project management and Portfolio Management of multiple project within different business sectors and different technologies which included broad set of responsibilities from sales support to day to day team management and coaching.- Providing presentation for prospect clients- Managing Program from delivery perspective - scope, budget, timeline, quality, resources- Building relationships with client (identification and stakeholders management, expectations management)- Participation in customer's planning and forecasting activities- Defining goals for improving relationships with client, delivery and team performance and implement ongoing improvements- Managing delivery-related risks/issues- Resource management within engagement- Mentoring of project managers & leads- Working with people motivation and development- Creating shared context between client and development teams to maximize performance and results- Assistant in preparation to Account Review and Participation in it- Understand client goals and ensure team is set to achieve the goal- Managing customer expectations for schedule, budget, scope, quality, ensuring quality of deliverables- Project level risks management- Team processes management (on boarding/offboarding, team structure, staffing, resource management)- Establishing and supporting software development processes (Scrum, Kanban). Performed Business Analysts responsibilities on several projects in combination with creation of Business Analysis practice within Company including BA training, staffing and resources management.As BA on project the following responsibilities were covered:• Communication with customer• Define business requirements together with Product Owner• Consult Product Owner on better solutions and best practices. • Plan BA Work• Elicit Requirements for specific release and sprint. Manage Backlog.• Analyze requirements• Document business, users and system requirements• Approve requirements with customer. Communicate requirements to engineers team.• Prioritize and manage requirements• Help Product Owner to make requirements related decisions• Estimation together with QA and DEV teams;• Use cases update and creation;
