- Customer Communication via Live Chat/Email: Assisting clients with connectivity issues,providing consultation on company services, handling refund requests, sharing information onlatest company offers and promotions;- Reviewing accounts to ensure compliance with prop firm regulations, keeping records ofaccounts that violate trading conditions and initiating the liquidation procedure in accordancewith company regulations;- Managing client agreements and obtaining signatures on the latest versions of contracts withtraders;- Communication with trading platforms for the creation and resets of sub-accounts, keepingrecords and maintaining accounts trading on the live environment;

- Analysis of the loadboards and the search for profitable clients;- Negotiating;- Search for trucks to match the parameters of the cargo;- Payment control;- Filling out the paperwork.
