As Senior Analytics Engineer I am responsible for managing full development cycle of Tableau reports and dashboards, including requirement gathering, query development, design and development of BI tool objects, multi tab dashboard development, as well as data and dashboard QC.

As Senior BI Developer I am responsible for managing full development cycle, including requirement gathering, data architecture and ETL processes; design and development of BI tool objects and multi-layered complex dashboards; data and dashboard QC. I concurrently manage reporting services for multiple clients, in addition to leading various internal initiatives including data migration, migration of our reporting services to Tableau, process development, optimization and reduction of manual inputs. I own BI Development process and provide BI Tool support for internal and external stakeholders; create and manage user groups and licenses; provide training on metrics, data types, data quality and self-service analytics to improve internal data culture, as well as oversee BI work of junior staff.

In this role I worked with client teams to gather requirements for new reports, analyze existing data structures, design new optimized data models, create new ETL processes. I led internal data centralization initiatives, documentation of current data structures, fields and data sources, optimized and streamlined data models with internal key stakeholders. Designed and develop BI Tool objects and interactive, multi-layered BI dashboards and reports. QC'd data and dashboards, identified outliers, resolved dashboard data and performance issues.

As part of a newly formed Sustainability Data Team, created new data flows, data collection, business intelligence tool (BI tool) processes, developed data architecture, loaded data into databases, created and optimized data cubes. Developed insightful, actionable and visually appealing BI dashboards and reports. Provided data quality assurance, including GHG calculations for various sustainability reporting programs. Contributed to solutions that encompass aspects of sustainability, wellness and workforce retention to help clients meet their sustainability goals. Contributed content to progressive publishers within the Sustainable Real Estate sector.

Provided strategic guidance on digital projects for social impact campaigns,including design, UX, SEO, web accessibility and KPI recommendations. Managed wide variety of digital projects including full site/application development, site redesigns, social media profiles, app and gamedevelopment. Managed relationship between non-profit/government clients, ad agencies and remote design and development teams. Used human centered design techniques to conduct meetings with multiple stakeholders. Created and distributed RFPs to prospective vendors, reviewed proposals, negotiated vendor contracts. Managed and trained Content Producer, Web Developer and Digital Intern Roles.
