The Outbound Director oversees the staff and operation of the P2P Outbound Support Team. The role is also responsible for ensuring the work of Outbound Support is integrated with the overall P2P Operational Plans. The Director develops and educates staff on goals, event campaigns and designs resources and tools to support team success. Additionally, the position creates and monitors reporting and metrics to enhance operational success. The Director is responsible for hiring and supervising department staff, and for the overall management of Outbound Support operations. This position regularly collaborates with fundraising staff, volunteers and strategy work teams across the Society to maximize sales performance and outcomes.

The Development Manager for Walk MS Your Way will oversee a national portfolio of Walk MS Your Way participants and teams. The manager will ensure the successful roll out and execution of this expanded virtual experience with a goal of increasing the campaign's fundraising and engagement. The Manager will cultivate relationships with the top participants/teams and be the internal face of Walk MS Your Way for the Walk MS team.
