This unfamiliar, sometimes suboptimal and difficult way of working together could have resulted in communication breakdowns and low motivation but this did not happen. We took this opportunity to align and present the work to an audience of in-company specialists and specialists from other companies. Nikita and Katja proved to be critical thinkers that could reflect on their work and tasks. As the project was in a large part R&D and learning by doing, this was a skill that was needed and welcomed. Their testing improved our product, and their test scenario’s and work in cooperation with our developer has given us a strong foundation for automated regression testing. "
