• Conducted a performance review of the Purchasing Coordinator. • Provided recommendations to eliminate wasted time spent on daily tasks and inventory flow based on lean management principles.• Created and presented a web based solution designed for a new inventory purchasing and internal department request process to 150 employees.• Implemented an electronic inventory control program designed for tracking inventory, medication and vaccination consumption throughout departments.• Used Sage AccPac to correspond each department’s drug inventory and consumption with the balance sheet and general ledgers.

Preformed a case study of their internal submittal process for a legacy project.Solely responsible for researching and recommending work flow enhancements based on lean management principles.
