I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment by the Florida Bar. My practice focuses on management side defense, representing employers in various aspects of labor and employment litigation. This representation includes defending equal employment, whistleblower and retaliation lawsuits filed in federal and state courts. I have extensive experience with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the FLSA, the Railway Labor Act, Title VII, ERISA and COBRA. I believe in conducting thorough investigations and providing a proactive defense so that my clients can effectively evaluate and efficiently manage cases. My practice also includes representing employers in proceedings before federal and state equal employment opportunity agencies; providing advice in mergers and acquisitions related to employment law provisions and executive compensation; conducting internal investigations under various regulatory and statutory schemes; providing general advice and counsel regarding human resources issues; and litigating employment contract matters, as well as complex commercial matters and class actions.
