I’m am both a futurist and a ‘now’ist.I’m focussed now more than ever on developing potential futures stories and leading the design of collaborative, flourishing systems to deliver our preferred futures.I’m also passionate about shaping the way we step up to future challenges and collaborate to meet the opportunities of our potential futures through innovative, multi sensory experiences.I’m a certified Futurist, trained through Institute for the Future, POLI.design at Milan Politechnik and Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies. I have also studied Disruptive Innovation with INSEAD. I love work that:- disrupts whole systems for good- challenges leadership to stand up and lead through ambiguity and change- develops flourishing organisations- is founded in purpose driven social responsibilityI help organisations and communities build strategic plans for a future they can’t see yet. I have 20+ years’ experience in retail, customer experience and strategic management, human resources, financial services, health insurance, tourism and hospitality and technology industries and local government.I am obsessively curious about ideas and the potential that collaboration has for flourishing in organisations. I have a super power that allows me to create connections and expand ideas beyond what you ever imagined possible. I'm also an evangelical Tasmanian; mother of one, stepmother of another and determined to create a positive economic future in order for both of them to thrive here in Tasmania.My opinions are my own.
