I have extensive knowledge and diverse experience in working with both the front and back of the ‘House', as well as being a professionally trained baking and pastry chef.Having worked in food service, food preparation and kitchen management for over eighteen years, I most recently have served in the positions of Bakery Manager and Kitchen Manager.I look forward to the rewards of contributing as a team member with an organization where I can utilize my kitchen management experience and hands-on knowledge of baking, pastry and the culinary arts.My skill sets and direct experience include advanced knowledge of baking and pastry arts, managing and scheduling employees, hiring new employees, supervising time cards, ordering products, setting up displays, handling advertising and all manner of merchandising to promote sales potential and, most importantly, satisfying customers with superior service.
