My career journey is proof that the only constant is change. I love a new challenge and to embrace discomfort. If I can try something new, bring a different perspective, and drive new ways of thinking, I'm in my happy place.Luckily, ecommerce moves at lightning speed. Where and how to find success as an online seller changes constantly, and the only way for a SaaS company to stay ahead of the curve is to build strong relationships and get the right people in place to drive results. Whether I'm working with partners, customers, or our own internal teams, the best way to get positive outcomes is to connect, talk through goals and problems, and align on what success looks like. I'm equally excited to deliver excellent results to a small business owner, present a business review to a partner's C-suite, or discover the root cause of an issue with our engineers. Coaching and mentoring a team has been the most rewarding chapter of my career. I've recently shepherded my Customer Success Managers through a year of major changes to their roles and responsibilities following our company's acquisition, and I couldn't be prouder of their resilience and grit. We have leaned in on personal connections and goal-setting with our customers to drive retention, and doubled-down on being the voice of the customer. Our organization has now overdelivered against our net revenue retention goal YTD, with a continuing positive trend in our forecast.As a kid and a student, I was always interested in a little bit of everything. I'm the left-handed, eldest daughter of an artist dad and a court reporter mom, so I make spreadsheets for my vacations but will always seek out the local art and culture.
