Making a department efficient can be accomplished by identifying the areas where we are spinning our wheels and eliminating unnecessary practices to allow us all be more successful. My team is like my work family - they are more than just co-workers and employees – I want to take care of them.There are not many companies that really give each of their employees a voice and listen to them, but TAVHealth does this. Every person on the team feels comfortable walking into the CEO’s office and sharing their concerns about a problem they see. Our leadership takes the time to hear them and will make changes to help improve the organization. This level of open-mindedness, authentic care for employees and compassion for the community are what led me to TAVHealth. As Controller, I really care about the people I work with and spend time with each day and so does TAVHealth. While I do not work face-to-face with many of the people we serve, the work that I do helps make sure that we can continue to improve lives and pave the way to help more people in the future.I have experienced firsthand how precious life is, and I have been able to reinvent myself to make sure I am working for a mission I believe in. Prior to TAVHealth, I have held positions at Gunn GP, LLC and USAA.
