My role at Oracle is to assist organizations in the Insurance industry with the end-to-end life cycle of a customer. Starting with creating brand awareness for prospects to building brand loyalty for current clients and anything in between. I help enterprise customers by aligning leading edge technologies to automate and streamline their CX processes in order to facilitate a superior customer experience.
