In my current role as Senior Leadership Development Consultant in DDI, I help global organisations to shape and implement their talent management goals with a specific focus on leadership development. Day-by-day I am fortunate that my client work is so varied and enjoy supporting clients with activities such as:- Designing competency frameworks to define what success needs to look like- Managing the global implementation and design of management development programmes for leaders across all levels which focus on developing core, behavioural leadership skills, linked to organisational goals- Implementing processes and robust, research-based strategies to identify those in the business with potential- Delivering assessments such as: behavioural-based interviews, feedback, and coaching- Designing assessment practices for selection, development or succession planning; to identify areas for improvement and strength (individuals and business trends) - Measuring success and effectiveness of talent initiatives to find areas for continuous improvement and evaluate the impact, and ROI for individuals, teams and the business I am proud to partner with multi-national clients across industries and markets, including: Construction, Industrial, Logistics, Technology, Geoscience, Oil and Gas, Financial/Banking, Healthcare, Facilities, Postal, Logistics and Telecommunications.My background is business psychology, with an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, where my thesis focused on coaching and specifically measured the effect of feedforward coaching and feedback on self-efficacy, mood and strength-knowledge?
