•Assist Sr. Manager in communicating technical specifications for delivery as well as onboarding outside suppliers and internal teams into Debut system •Relay QC notes to suppliers and internal teams to coordinate correction & timely redelivery of assets.•Handle internal and external communication to ensure adherence to delivery dates for all incoming A&E series and notify all parties of any delivery changes/delays.•Track file deliveries from ingest through technical evaluation; verify automated metadata; make manual modifications where needed.•Arrange in-house core fixes when needed.•Request and provide patch-fixes to internal format teams and Encompass Media for close to air broadcast needs•Ensure auxiliary deliveries associated with media (scripts, timing sheets, textless logs, caption files, fix forms etc.) are delivered in a timely manner & are uploaded to Debut.•Maintain databases within Airtable and tracking systems for A&E Enterprise•Coordinate with internal scheduling teams and programming in tracking delivery schedules and key dates for delivery for air.•Work alongside NY Production Ops, Encoding, Digital Scheduling and various non-linear teams to get Short Form content delivered before the scheduled live date.•Provide backup support for others on the Global Acquisition Services team as needed.•Troubleshoot file delivery issues with internal Engineering teams to ensure files ingest appropriately into A&E’s downstream systems, and relay technical errors to suppliers.•Manage VDS file FTP and work to archive files as needed.•Liaison with various Short Form teams to assist with facilitating PAC creation in PPL as well add entries into Debut system for delivery.•Assist the Production Operation team to manage delivery and redelivery expectations of Short Form for digital teams as well as help them rectify any issues with Debut metadata/delivery.•Add Podcast PACs into Debut and Coordinate with internal teams on delivery requirements

•Work in a pair or individually to perform global technical evaluations of A+E long form programming. Use of Amberfin, Aurora Auto Quality Control, IPV and vectorscopes and waveform monitors to evaluate video and audio issues. Ensures all programs meet A+E global technical standards. •Review and monitor all audio tracks to make sure they meet Global standards. Full Mix, M&E and split audio. •Performs technical evaluation on all re-delivers to confirm all fixes were properly made •Understanding of broadcast quality production, editing and mastering, including standards conversion, video compression and best practices for handling HD footage during post production in both tape and file-based workflows. •Maintains strong communication between management of scheduling and prioritizes deadlines and workload. This ensures individual are notified promptly and accordingly on status of shows and media as well as made aware of any necessary changes to current workload. •Quality control for broadcast air masters. •Coordinate with library, captioning and network managers to communicate and confirm program status.

- Ensuring media is ready for efficient on-air broadcast on A&E, History, Lifetime, LMN, LRW, Biography, Crime Investigation, H2, History En Espanol, & Military History channel.- Use of the network programs Omnibus, MediaFlex, Gabriel,Sets, Grip-it, Miranda Intuition software (Xstudio & Xplorer),WinMLS, Panda, etc.- QC Media (segments, bugs, infomercials) for advance airing- Checking logs and comparing information to comply with Air Schedule- Experience with master control, live feeds, &the Ingest process- Knowledge of bugs/graphics, closed caption,ratings, advertising, promo placement, & FCC regulations.

-Research and track all scheduled on-air programming for Biography, History International, History en Español, Military History Channel and Crime & Investigation Networks.-Process on-air and protection programs received from producers by entering appropriate information in the media library database & media broadcast system software.-Track quality control & digital ingest process and report daily status updates to production and broadcast operations departments. -Research requests for editing sessions, including pulling corresponding videotape materials, and schedule orders for tape duplication.-Raising Media for Ingest in compliance with air date, along with making sure each program is Closed Captioned, and Quality controlled.-Assisted with library projects, tasks and incentives, including the launch of Crime & Investigation Network in HD
