As a Recruitment Partner at UKRI, I work closely with hiring managers, panel members, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. I am responsible for building job profiles, managing diaries, circulating applications and scoring matrices, sending tests and assessments, updating spreadsheets, and implementing continuous improvement on new and old processes. I also assist hiring managers with the employee starter checklist. Prior to joining UKRI, I was a Project Coordinator at Historic England, where I oversaw 10 national capacity building projects and provided flexible support to the grants team in relation to tenders and commissions. I have developed strong skills in tracking and reporting workflow and project activity, delivering reports in a concise format, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. I am a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
