Resourceful and detail oriented with nearly a decade of experience in high touch roles. My experiences have taught me to be accustomed to being held accountable for creative solutions and high standards of execution. I have demonstrated verbal and nonverbal communication skills in both professional and creative avenues, a love of lists and organizing just about anything, and finely honed customer service skills. Starting when I was a teenager babysitting and throughout my work experience sine then I have been drawn to opportunities to share my experience and train those around me. This has resulted in the creation of and contribution to several operational handbooks and employee guides and a multitude of training opportunities, both one-on-one and in group settings.
