Scrum Master - Day to day management of one Scrum team and one Kanban team. Using Jira and Trello, respectively, to manage work items. Extensive experience developing best practices, and maturing the teams in process. Requirements Gathering - Responsible for all requirement gathering from project inception to construction of user stories, and everything in between. This includes both functional and non-functional requirements, detailed technical requirements, and test case creation.Project Management - Leading major projects, including a homepage redesign, across channels including technology, content, and marketing.Product Management - Business prioritization owner, using ProdPad and its Slack integration to solicit ideas and feedback from teams, and creating short and long term roadmaps across several products.Testing - Accountable for Quality Assurance across the development organization.

 Project Management – Leading a cross-functional team in the development of a re-write of the core business application using Web API 2.0 and Angular JS, as well as multiple mid-size improvement projects across both AS400 and .NET platforms. Software Development Management – Responsible for the management of a team of software development professionals including .NET and RPG programmers.  Agile Implementation – A force for change in the organization, taking the Software Development team from Waterfall to Agile methodologies with minimal disruption, and vastly increased productivity. Scrum Master – Day to day management of the Innovative Services development team, leveraging Jira to manage tasks and clear impediments in the capacity of servant leader. Process Development/Tools Management – Developing workflows for both Kanban and Scrum development teams, helped to define overall SDLC, manage and administer EPMO tools including Jira and Confluence.

Manages Technical Debt Reduction team. Mistress of Metrics. Owner of Middle Tier Availability Reporting. Leads a highly successful and efficient team of software developers focused on platform improvements, standardization, agile development practices, and increased availability.
