In August 2016 I assumed responsibilities for our business development function, including strategic go to market partnerships with players like Microsoft and Avenade and product integrations with social networks (Facebook, Pinterest, WeChat) and other development partnerships.

In June 2014 I assumed GM responsibilities for Lithium's social media management products, Lithium Reach + Response. Added to my marketing charter is my GM responsibilities where I drive bookings growth, resource allocation, and go to market execution on a growing and strategic product line for Lithium. Working with a 60 person team in Austin, this cross functional leadership and accountability is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

In my role as Chief Marketing Officer, I am responsible for all strategic marketing activities for the company including branding, positioning, communications, go-to-market strategy, product marketing and customer acquisition + retention programs.

Led marketing team as company grew from $5M to $100M+ in revenue. Responsible for all strategic marketing activities including corporate branding, positioning and messaging, go to market strategies and sales team success.

Worked with executives and boards in early stage companies to set marketing foundation. Created marketing strategy, outlined budget and resource requirements, identified talent profile and typically helped to hire permanent CMO.
