Improve the user experience for client companies by developing, facilitating, and reporting on a variety of user research studies. Develop user research activities from start to finish: advise companies on the research approach, create discussion guides, advise on appropriate lab environments, moderate studies, report findings, create recruiting screeners, and recruit and schedule study participants.Establish new client opportunities and maintain existing client relationships, resulting in annually increased client base and multiple years of repeat client engagements. Write reports for senior management; present research findings in person, via telephone and/or WebEx to large product teams and key stakeholders.
