A position within the Residence Life Program at Saint Francis which includes assisting the conference director in preparing the dorms in a hotel-like manner which entails working in a tight knit group, preparing rooms by making beds and replacing toiletries. This position also requires a sense of customer service due to duties such as running the front desk and being responsible for checking guests in/out along with meeting the customers' needs.
