• Formulated high-level strategies to streamline and improve operations workflow of quarantine testings for the Centre for Health Protection (600k+ testing volume)

• In charge of leading the staffing team and managing a pool size of 300 front-line workers

• Verified and calculated tax receipts and management fees from hotels with internal audit reports based on the tax rate used under different countries taxation systems
• Designed and executed an online questionnaire to ask tax managers in different countries for facilitating tax payment verifying system
• Arranged and attended live conferences with directors and managers from different countries
