I started working at Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar in Annapolis as a server. I showed my work ethic and capabilities and was quickly trained in a variety of positions within the company. Over the four years with the company, I moved up to the position of Private Events and Catering Manager. I was utilized for my management abilities to work at different locations for periods of time, including Hallandale Beach, Florida and the mid-Atlantic locations of Annapolis, Rockville, and Gaithersburg. Some of my main strengths and accomplishments include planning on-site and off-site events, training new employees, and assisting wherever necessary in the frenzy of new restaurant openings.
