Current• Multi-National leader with primary focus on total rewards, employee benefit programs, legal compliance and employee engagement. • Business Partner to all employees and leadership within USA, Canada and Mexico City supporting employee relations matters and investigations. • HR partner for contingent workforce engagements, with a focus on global alignment of HR strategy across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. In this capacity I am the key liaison between contingent workforce and local program managers to mitigate co-employment risk • Primary retirement plan sponsor for 68m dollar domestic plan management and Canadian RRSP. Managing ERISA compliance(US), plan auditing and Investment strategy management relationships. • Regional total rewards lead implementing the global strategy for localized compensation and benefits programs, inclusive of benchmark evaluations for compensation and employee benefits packages, managing compression compensation in a multi-establishment environment and providing business recommendations for adjustment. • Country manager for ERISA employee benefit programs and ACA compliance, leading the annual benefits strategy and renewal program with vendor oversight. • Responsible for Immigration and Mobility programs between countries of remit, including in/outbound relocation, immigration firm engagements, compliance and employee package creation. • Responsible for management of multi-national payroll administration for outsourced payroll.• Lead employee engagement initiatives for talent reviews, succession planning and engagement survey administration
