Drafting of tenancy agreements including special clauses and having these signed with the tenants. Taking initial payments from potential tenants including deposit and first months rental. To secure the deposit with the TDS and ensure the deposit certificate and prescribed information are issued to the potential tenant in the correct timeframe. Advising tenants of the change of tenant / deed of assignment process and carrying out the necessary documents and changes for this. Advertising of available properties on various portals and with newspapers and keeping this up to date. Liaising with landlords for the property student list release, preparing the list for release, arranging temporary viewings for this period and following the letting process through with students.
